Ministry Development Training Centers, are unique educational facilities, designed exclusively for the purpose of educating and equipping the Body of Christ.

Participants enjoy hands on study in a very intimate setting. We are not a traditional Ministry College/Seminary that gives participants theological jargon that no one can understand. Our purpose is that participants experience ministry through the use of specialized "technique & practicum".

Ministry Development Training Centers, train ministers at every level, ministry teams, small groups, churches, corporations and individuals; all within a learning environment that enhances Spiritual Growth and provides a deeper awareness of the Presence of God in the life of each participant.

We have defined Ministry as "the distribution of good will"; we have defined Development as "a process in which something passes by degrees to a more advanced or mature stage"; and we have defined Training as "to make proficient with specialized instruction and practice".

THE DISTRIBUTION OF GOOD WILL, WHICH MOVES YOU BY DEGREES, TO A MORE ADVANCED OR MATURE STAGE, CAUSING YOU TO BECOME MORE PROFICIENT THRU SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE.

We know and believe that only the Holy Spirit can lead participants into the truth of God's Word. Therefore, the Holy Spirit is always at liberty during all training sessions. Participants not only receive instruction, but also experience the Presence of God in very indelible ways.

Healing, deliverance and enlightenment are only a few of the tangible benefits participants receive during these sessions.

We do not debate the Word of God nor argue the scriptures, we reason together and we teach. We believe the Word of God is the truth that we must all live by, and we simply teach others to do the same.

Life is filled with many challenges, and we know that effective ministry can be very tasking. We have found that the more we learn about ourselves and the gifts God has given to us to use for HIS Glory, the better our ability to help others will become.

Every Born Again Believer, is a member of the Body of Christ. As such, we all have a continuing responsibility to know and understand, how this Body should function. Your human body has different parts. These parts have different functions. So it is within the Body of Christ.

Our Mission:

(1) to help participants find out where they fit in the Body of Christ;

(2) to help participants understand their purpose in the Body of Christ;

(3) to help participants fulfill their responsibilities to the Body of Christ both individually and corporately.

To achieve these ministry related objectives, Ministry Development Training Centers are divided based on the specialized skills desired by participants.
